Coatings

One of the easiest ways to improve your suspensions feel, smoothness and performance is by reducing friction, heat build up and oil contamination. We offer a hardcoat anodizing for your front fork outertubes and shock body which makes a much harder, wear resistant and slicker surface than the parts originally have and it improves heat transfer. For additional cost you can add a lubricative PTFE- coating for forks which makes the parts even slicker. For lower forktubes and shock shaft we offer a Titanium Nitride or Diamod Like Carbon (DLC) coating which are both a lot harder, wear resistant and slicker than the chrome which comes standard at most of the bikes. DLC has a little bit less friction than Titanium Nitride. With these coatings your suspension will not only work better but also look a lot better!

Coating order delivery time is 2-6 weeks.
